The whole exterior, top to bottom.
Soft washing for siding, brick and stucco. It takes off the green algae on the shady side of the house and the dirt line under the gutters, at low pressure so nothing gets damaged or forced behind the siding.

Concrete Cleaning
Back to the color it used to be.
Driveways, sidewalks and pool decks cleaned with a surface cleaner rather than a wand. The pressure stays even across the whole slab, so the finish is one clean surface instead of a pattern of stripes.
